REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We, at Tayus Store, pride ourselves on our high level of customer satisfaction. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best quality purchases.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are NO REFUNDS. However, in rare cases where the customer receives the wrong product, exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of receipt.
  • All items must be unworn, unaltered, or changed in any way.
  • Exchanges will be made for a product of equal or lesser value, with no money refunded.
  • Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
  • We suggest using a courier that provides delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We must receive and inspect the product before an exchange can be made. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the stated conditions are not met
